Personal Training
Our
kinesiologist and personal trainer assist clients in reaching their
fitness goals and improving their quality of life. One-on-one or in
small groups, (semi-private), they work with clients on general fitness,
sport specific training or active rehabilitation after an injury.
Exercises focus on improving full-body strength and endurance, core and
postural stability, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Nutritional
advice and independent fitness routines are also available.
For those clients looking to improve their athletic performance in a
range of sports, our physiotherapists provide biomechanical analyses and
recommendations for refining techniques. A plan will be designed by the
physiotherapist and carried out by our kinesiologist and personal
trainer.
